How long does it take for the item to be shipped? 

Orders made before 12:00 will be delivered within two working days via PostNL. This can sometimes differ, because we depend on the delivery service. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the Track & Trace code. If you want to track the status of the shipment of your package, this is possible via PostNL's Track & Trace.

The money will be returned to the account of which the payment has been made. We will do this when the products are returned undamaged and unused. The products must be returned in their original packaging. Upon the arrival of your order you will have 14 days to return it. The return is at your own expense and is at your own risk. So store your Track and Trace in a safe place. The cost of the return will only be reimbursed if the return is a result of damage or error from our side.
